What is “Auto Buddering”?

Auto-buddering also happens when the humidity is high or there is excessive moisture in the product. Excessive agitation is also believed to cause auto-buddering. Impurities in the concentrate may also contribute to the nucleation of the concentrate and cause it to turn from clear to murky.
