Product Quality

NanoCraft is unique for multiple reasons, but it starts with using its own proprietary hemp strains chosen for their diverse and abundant phytocannabinoid content. As we dug deeper, we were happy to see that NanoCraft CBD sources from Colorado farms with full focus on organic farming methods. 

Plants are harvested at their peak and shipped to state-of-the-art warehouses where they are carefully dried. At production, the plant is milled into a coarse powder and shipped to the brand’s Colorado manufacturing facility where the rest of the magic happens. 

There, the plants are processed via food-grade ethanol extraction, chosen for their ability to keep the plant’s beneficial compounds intact throughout the entire extraction process. Every batch of NanoCraft’s phytocannabinoid-rich hemp extract contains 112 different cannabinoids, including CBD, CBDA, CBG, CBN, CBC, THCA, and more. 

After extraction, the hemp material is carefully distilled to remove any remaining solvents, resulting in a clean, potent, cannabinoid-rich extract. Finally, the brand uses its own proprietary technology to remove all other unwanted hemp compounds, like chlorophyll and plant lipids, as well as all traces of THC. 

At this point, the hemp material is tested, after which it’s ready for production. Still, many of NanoCraft’s CBD products require an extra, very important step. After passing stringent tests for quality, the brand utilizes proprietary nano-technology to transform raw hemp oil into nano-sized emulsions.
